Pedro was born in Los Llanos de Aridane (Isla de La Palma), 1985. At the age of 13 he began lessons at the school of music of the Cabildo Insular (La Palma) with Juan Carlos Brito. In 2003 Pedro moved to Madrid to complete his Undergraduate Diploma at the Conservatiory of Adolfo Salazar under Soledad Plaza, also studying World-Music at the Creative Music School with Nono Garcia and Joseph Salvador. Pedro graduated from the Royal Conservatiore in the Hague as a student of Enno Voorhorst in 2011, where he received masterclasses from Eduardo Isaac, Hein van de Geijn, Antonoa Duro, Miguel Trapaga, Alex Garrobe, John Ruocco, Marcos Socias, Fabio Zanon and Zoran Dukic. Pedro has been a guest of several festivals: III Opera Festival 2006 (Canarias) – guitarist of the Minsk Bolshoi Opera in Rossini’s Barbiere di Siviglia under conductor Victor Ploskina, Womad Festival 2009 – Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Illustrator Festival 2011 (Spain), Amsterdam Festival (NL), Festival Jazz Heineken (Spain) & Mairadal Festival (Rosendaal). Pedro has toured with the Netherlands Youth Orchestra, and has performed at venues including the Veluvine, Orpheus, EDE, Gigant & Dakota Theatres, and concert halls such as the Teatro Infantina Cristina (Canarias), Clamores and Galileo Galilei (Madrid) and Olimpic Stadium Amsterdam have hosted his performances.
